Shipping policy

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
3. International Shipping
Trifid may ship to select international destinations.
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country.
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures.
- Trifid is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:
- An incorrect address
- An incomplete address
- Failure to collect the package
the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
If your package is:
- Lost in transit
- Marked as delivered but not received
- Significantly delayed
please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Trifid is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and damaged items.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and supporting photos.
We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination, local laws, or carrier limitations. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, you will be notified before your order is completed whenever possible.
