Size Guide
Measure your wrist/neck in inches with a tape measure. If you do not have one, wrap a strip of paper around your wrist/neck and mark with a pencil where the ends of the paper meet. Use a ruler to measure the flat strip of paper in inches.
Rings Size Guide:
Option 1:
Take a piece of string or thin paper and wrap it around the widest part of your finger. Mark where the ends meet. Then stretch it out and measure the length in millimeters (mm). Check this number on the Trifid size chart to find your size.
Option 2:
If you have a ring that fits you well, measure the inside width (diameter) of the ring in millimeters (mm). Then look at the Trifid size chart to see your size.
